Privacy Policy

NeuroAge is developed by ZeroSix Studio (sole trader Vadim Semenko). This policy explains what the app does with your information. Short version: your answers, your scores and your plan live on your iPhone, and we have no way to read them.
What stays on your device
Everything the screening produces is stored locally on your iPhone and never transmitted to us:
- your answers to the risk questionnaire
- your cognitive-task results and timings
- your brain age, risk band and six-domain scores
- your personal plan, profile and settings
There is no account, no sign-in and no copy of that data on our side. NeuroAge has no server of its own, and the app performs no network requests of its own to send it anywhere. Deleting the app removes all of it.
What is collected anonymously
To keep the app working we use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics). What that collects is declared in the app’s privacy manifest and in App Store Connect:

None of it is used for tracking or advertising, and none of it is linked to your identity. Your health-related results are not part of it — brain age, risk band and domain scores are never included in analytics events.
Purchases
NeuroAge Plus is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple. Subscription state is managed by RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier and the purchase receipt so the app knows whether Plus is active. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple and never reach us or RevenueCat.
Not a medical service
NeuroAge is an educational screening tool, not a medical device and not a diagnosis. It does not create a medical record, and we do not act as a healthcare provider. If a result worries you, take it to a doctor.
Children
NeuroAge is intended for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Your choices
Deleting your data
Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app deletes your results. The app also offers Settings → Delete all my data, which erases your history, profile and plan immediately.
Analytics
You can limit what Apple shares with developers under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. To have any diagnostic data associated with your installation removed from our side, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes are described in the app’s release notes.
