These terms cover your use of the NeuroAge iPhone app, published by ZeroSix Studio (sole trader Vadim Semenko). Installing or using the app means you accept them.
What NeuroAge is — and is not
NeuroAge is an educational screening tool. It estimates a “brain age” and a dementia-risk picture from a questionnaire and a set of short cognitive tasks, and turns that into general lifestyle suggestions.
NeuroAge does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are concerned about your memory or thinking, consult a doctor.
Results are estimates, not clinical measurements, and they can be affected by tiredness, distraction, mood or interruptions during the test. Any nutrition or supplement information in the app describes ingredients linked to or supporting general brain health; it is not a treatment claim.
Your responsibility
Use NeuroAge for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to help them use it. Do not use it to make decisions about anyone’s medical care, employment, insurance or legal capacity. Take the test somewhere quiet and safe — never while driving or operating machinery.
NeuroAge Plus
Some features require NeuroAge Plus, an auto-renewable subscription offered weekly or annually, plus an optional one-off report purchase. Current prices are shown in the App Store and in the app, because they vary by country. There is no free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple handles billing and refunds. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use its content to build a competing product.
Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is”. We may change, add or remove features between releases; anything removed is described in the release notes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZeroSix Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country of the publisher’s residence, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your own country of residence.
