Before you write — the usual questions
Is this a diagnosis?
No. NeuroAge is an educational screening, not a medical diagnosis. It can show that something looks softer than expected and give you a plan and a summary to bring to a doctor — the diagnosis is theirs to make.
My result looks worse than last time
Single results move for ordinary reasons: tiredness, a noisy room, an interruption mid-task, or simply a different time of day. Take the test again when you are rested and quiet, and treat the trend as the signal rather than one number.
Where are my results stored?
On your iPhone only. There is no account and no server of ours holding them. That also means they do not follow you to a new phone unless it is restored from a backup of the old one.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings → Delete all my data inside the app; it erases your history, profile and plan immediately. Deleting the app removes everything too.
I paid but Plus is not active
Open Settings → Restore purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
How do I cancel NeuroAge Plus?
In iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NeuroAge. Apple handles billing and refunds; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Which devices and languages?
iPhone on iOS 17 or later. The app is available in 15 languages, and the whole screening runs offline.
Can I use it for a parent?
Yes. At the start you choose whether the check is for you or for someone you look after, and senior mode makes the type and touch targets larger throughout.
Something is broken
Send the app version (Settings → About), your iOS version, and the steps that led to the problem. Crash reports arrive automatically and anonymously, but a description of what you were doing is what makes them fixable.
